## Which app your device needs

One app is enough, and which one depends on the device you watch on. Find your device below. We handle the rest for you.

  Samsung, LG, Hisense, Philips, Whale, Roku, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad and Windows computers

  Our easiest app to start with. Get it from the app store your TV already has. Open it once and it shows the MAC address at the bottom of the first screen. Type it into the form when you start the trial. We switch your channels on from our side, and you do not have to type anything else on the TV. In some stores it is called HotIPTV or Hot IPTV. It is the same app.

  How to install it

  **#### Samsung TV**
  1. Open Apps on the TV.
    2. Search for Hot Player. *If nothing shows: type Hot IPTV. Both names are ours.*
    3. Install the app.
    4. Open the app.
    5. The app now shows MAC address. Type it in on the next page. *Six pairs of letters and digits.*

  **#### LG TV**
  1. Open LG Apps on the TV.
    2. Search for Hot Player. *Look for the orange flame.*
    3. Install the app.
    4. Open the app.
    5. The app now shows MAC address. Type it in on the next page. *Six pairs of letters and digits.*

  **#### Hisense / VIDAA**
  1. Open VIDAA App Store on the TV.
    2. Search for HotIPTV. *Here our app is listed as HotIPTV, one word.*
    3. Install the app.
    4. Open the app.
    5. The app now shows MAC address. Type it in on the next page. *Six pairs of letters and digits.*

  **#### Philips / Titan OS**
  1. Open Apps on the TV.
    2. Search for Hot Player. *If nothing shows: type Hot IPTV. Both names are ours.*
    3. Install the app.
    4. Open the app.
    5. The app now shows MAC address. Type it in on the next page. *Six pairs of letters and digits.*

  **#### Whale TV**
  1. Open Apps on the TV.
    2. Search for Hot Player. *If nothing shows: type Hot IPTV. Both names are ours.*
    3. Install the app.

  **#### Roku**
  1. Press the button below, here on your phone or computer. *It opens the Hot Player page at Roku.*
    2. Sign in with your Roku account. *It must be the SAME account your Roku is signed in to.*
    3. Press Add channel.
    4. Open the app on your Roku. *It appears among your channels within a few minutes.*
    5. The app now shows MAC address. Type it in on the next page. *Six pairs of letters and digits.*

  **#### iPhone, iPad and Apple TV**
  1. Open the App Store on your Apple device. *On an iPhone or iPad, press the button below instead.*
    2. Search for Hot Player.
    3. Install the app.
    4. Open the app.

  **#### Windows computer**
  1. Press the button below. *Windows asks to open the Microsoft Store — allow it.*
    2. Press Get to install Hot Player.
    3. Open the app.
    4. The app now shows MAC address. Type it in on the next page. *Six pairs of letters and digits.*

   MAC address and Device Key

  Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV and Android boxes

  This app asks for both the MAC address and the Device Key. Open it and the MAC address is on the right of the first screen, with the Device Key just under it. Type both into the form.

  How to install it

  **#### Fire TV / Firestick**
  1. Install the free Downloader app on your Fire TV. *The orange app by AFTVnews.*
    2. Open Settings on your Fire TV.
    3. Select My Fire TV.
    4. Select Developer Options.
    5. Open Install Unknown Apps.
    6. Switch Downloader ON in the list.
    7. Open Downloader, type the code shown below and press Go.
    8. Install Ib Player and open it.
    9. The app now shows MAC address and DEVICE KEY. Both are needed. *The MAC is six pairs of letters and digits. The key is six digits.*

  Got the orange Downloader app already? Open it and enter this code:
   **481220**
  Type 481220 in the box in Downloader and press Go. Nothing else goes in that box.

  **#### Android TV, Google TV and boxes**
  1. Open Google Play. *On a phone, press the button below instead.*
    2. Search for Ib Player.
    3. Install the app.
    4. Open the app.
    5. The app now shows MAC address and DEVICE KEY. Both are needed. *The MAC is six pairs of letters and digits. The key is six digits.*

- ### MAG and TVIP portal

  MAG boxes and TVIP boxes

  On these boxes there is nothing to install. A player already sits inside the box. Go into the box Settings, find the screen with the portal address and read off the MAC address shown there. That is the one we need, and no other number on the box works. We reply with a portal address for that same screen.

  How to install it

  **#### MAG box**
  1. Open Settings on the MAG box.
    2. Open Portal inside Settings.
    3. Find the line that says MAC. *Six pairs of letters and digits, usually starting 00:1A:79.*
    4. Type that MAC address on the next page. *We do the rest from our side.*

  **#### TVIP box**
  1. Open Settings on the TVIP box.
    2. Open Web portal inside Settings.
    3. Find the line that says MAC. *Six pairs of letters and digits.*
    4. Type that MAC address on the next page. *We do the rest from our side.*
