Allsvenskan and the Premier League in one app
I had three different services running and was paying for all three. Now everything I actually watch sits in one list. Sport was what worried me most, but matches start straight away and the picture stays steady even late on a Saturday night. Switching channels takes about a second.

I am not technical and I still got it running
I expected to get stuck immediately. But the app was in the TV's own store, I typed in the code shown on screen, and the channels were there. The whole install took under ten minutes. The kids found the children's channels on their own the same evening, which says something.

Films do not arrive the same day they open in cinemas
Everything works exactly as it should and the film library is bigger than I expected. My only wish is that the very newest cinema releases would appear the same day they open, but of course they do not anywhere. They arrive when they arrive, and until then there is more than enough to watch.

Just as good on the kitchen tablet as on the living room TV
We watch on three different screens at home, and that is where the earlier services broke for us. Here the same list is on all of them, sorted the way I left it. Series pick up where I stopped, and I have not had to restart anything since we started in the spring.

The hockey nights are the whole reason I switched
The Eliteserien in hockey, the SHL and the NHL in one place, without hunting for which service has which game. I saved my teams as favourites the first evening and now they sit at the top. The picture is sharp on the big TV too, which was what I was most sceptical about.
-
I wish the kids section had even more Nordic dubs
The children have found plenty to watch and the section is simple enough that they manage it themselves. The only thing I miss is more of the foreign series carrying a Norwegian dub rather than subtitles only — the youngest cannot read yet. The catalogue keeps growing, so I assume it is coming.

The price made me try it, the quality made me stay
I added up what I was paying for my old subscriptions and got annoyed with myself. Here I pay once for the whole period and that is that. No lock-in, nothing renewing quietly in the background. I have had it since the spring and I am not looking back.

Asked about a channel I could not find and had an answer that evening
I was looking for a channel I was sure existed and could not find it. I wrote to support just after nine in the evening and had a reply before I fell asleep — it was filed under a different category than I expected. Friendly tone, no canned answers.

Thanks Rikke! Glad you found it. We have added more search terms to that channel so the next person finds it straight from the search box.

I would love to see even more old Danish series in the archive
There is plenty of newer drama and film, and that is what we watch most. My small wish list is more of the Danish classics from the eighties and nineties, the ones you want to show the children. What is there works flawlessly — this is only wishful thinking on my part.

Paying was easy and I was watching the same evening
I read up on it for a long time before I dared, mostly because I did not want any trouble with the payment. It went through in euros and took a minute. The details arrived right afterwards and I was watching the same evening. Both the Finnish channels and the foreign sport sit in the same list, exactly as I had hoped.

Local channels and sport in one and the same place
We had a box that only gave us the ordinary channels and a separate service for sport. Now it is all together, and the channels we used to watch are still there exactly as before. Those were what I worried about. The picture stays steady even when the whole house is streaming at once in the evening.
Questions people ask before they start
Do I have to give card details?
No. The trial needs a name, an email address and a WhatsApp number. If we guide you through the install, we also need the MAC address the app shows. There is no card field anywhere in the flow and nothing starts charging when the trial ends.
Where do I find the MAC address?
It is on the player app's first screen, marked MAC ADDRESS. Never use a MAC address from somewhere else in the device: that one belongs to the hardware, and a trial set up against it never plays. A MAG or TVIP box has no app – open Settings, where the portal address is set, and read the MAC address there. If your app also shows a Device Key, we need both.
What if the app is not in my TV's store?
On an LG TV it is usually the store country: press the cog, then General, Location and LG Services Country, set it to United Kingdom and search again. Otherwise, just search the first word of the app name. If it truly is not there, a cheap streaming stick or an Android box can run it, and our support tells you which ones work.
Can I test on more than one device?
The trial covers one device, so test on the screen you actually plan to watch on. The paid plans cover several devices at once if more of you watch.
How long does the install take?
Most people are watching within five minutes. Installing the app takes the longest – once you have typed the MAC address, the channels come on their own.
