Before you buy

The questions people ask before picking an IPTV provider

Every question below comes from what people really ask before they pay. The answers are short and concrete, including the ones where the honest answer is no.

What people ask first

What do I get for the money?

The whole channel list, movies and series on demand, and the TV guide. Nothing is held back for a pricier tier — the price difference is length and how many devices watch at once, not content.

Do I have to buy hardware?

Not if your smart TV is reasonably new; the app installs on the TV itself. An older TV needs a streaming stick or box, a one-off cost of about €30 to €60 that you pay once, not every month, and it never comes from us.

What do I do if a channel stops working?

Refresh the playlist first, because channels get renamed far more often than they disappear. If it is still missing, support checks the server list and tells you straight whether it is there.

How fast do I get access?

Your login details are set up on your account, so you can watch within minutes of paying instead of waiting for a delivery.

Read this before you pay

  1. Check your connection first

Test on the device you will really watch on, not on the phone next to the router. Everything else on this page assumes a steady connection.

  2. Run the trial on your own TV

A provider that works on a laptop but stutters on the living-room TV has not been tested properly. Install the app where it will live.

  3. Ask about the one channel that decides it

If a single channel decides the purchase, ask support before you pay. A clear yes or no up front is worth more than a refund afterwards.

  4. Find out who you are buying from

Look for a company name, a company number and an address. A seller who will not say who they are is telling you something anyway.

Common questions

Getting started

How do I start the free trial?

Go to the start page. Fill in your name, email and your phone number. Then pick the TV or box you watch on. The page shows the setup for that device. You type the MAC address the app shows on your TV. Your login is ready in My account right after you start — open it from the confirmation page.

How long does the free trial last?

24 hours. It is free and it is the full service. Nothing is held back during the trial.

Do I have to give card details for the trial?

No card is asked for during the trial. The point is that you judge the service by what you watched, not by a promise.

What happens when the trial ends?

Access simply stops. There is nothing to cancel, no card on file and no charge. If it worked well, pick a plan and you get a new login.

Apps and devices

Which app do I need on the TV?

We use two free players: Hot Player and Ib Player. Which one you need depends on your TV. The start page shows the right app for your exact device and walks you through it, with the remote buttons spelled out.

How do I set up a MAG or TVIP box?

Those boxes need no app. Read the MAC address in the box's own settings menu and send it to us. We add the portal on our side. The channels appear once you restart the box.

Can I use my own player app?

Yes. You get an Xtream Codes login and an M3U link. Any player that accepts either one works, so you can keep the app you already know.

Can several people watch at once?

Yes, up to the device count in your plan. If you use more screens than the plan allows, one of the streams stops. The picture is never quietly degraded on both.

What internet speed do I need?

Around 10 Mbit/s for HD and around 25 Mbit/s for 4K. Measure on the device you watch on, not on the phone next to the router.

Do I need a VPN?

No. Nothing on our side requires one. Some people use a VPN for their own reasons, but our support does not help with VPN settings.

Channels and content

Can I check that my channel is included before I pay?

Yes, and it is worth doing. The channels page shows what we carry. If one channel decides your purchase, ask us on WhatsApp first. A clear yes or no before you pay beats a refund afterwards.

Is live sport included?

Yes. Sport sits in the same channel list as the rest, and there is nothing extra to buy on top of it.

Are movies and series included?

Yes. Movies and series are there on demand, in the same subscription. The TV guide is included too.

Why is the TV guide empty when the channels work?

The guide is sent separately from the video and your app keeps its own copy. Open the app settings and refresh the guide. It usually fills within minutes. An empty guide never means the service is down.

Price and payment

What does it cost?

You choose two things: how long you pay for and how many screens watch at once. The periods are 1 month, 6 months and 12 months. You can have 1 to 5 devices. The pricing page shows every price.

How can I pay?

Card, bank transfer or crypto. Checkout shows the methods that work where you are.

Does the price change when I renew?

No. You renew at the same price shown on the page. There is no cheap first period that quietly goes up.

Is there a contract?

No. Each plan is paid for one period and then ends. There is nothing to cancel and no notice period.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can add devices or move to a longer period at your next payment. The settings on your TV can stay as they are.

Account and support

Where do I find my login?

Free trial: your login is ready in My account right after you start — open it from the confirmation page. Order: you get your account code in the confirmation, and with it you can read your login on the account page whenever you want.

The app is installed but nothing plays. What do I do?

Close the app and open it again first. If the list is still empty, the device is probably not activated yet. Check that the MAC address you sent matches the one on the app screen. Then write to us and we send the line out again.

How do I reach a human?

Write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram. Tell us four things: what is not working, what is working, which device and when it happens. With those four details most problems are solved on the first reply.

The trial runs on your own device with the full channel list, so the answers above are something you can test rather than just be promised.
